Delegates Cowles and Nelson, E. moves that the House of Delegates concur in the amendment of the Senate to the bill, with further amendment as follows:

On page three of the Senate amendment, section two, line forty-six, after the number “2”, by striking out the word “million” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “billion”;

AND on page three of the Senate amendment, section two, line forty-nine, after the number “211112”, by striking out the comma and the words “332992 or 332994”;

AND on page three of the Senate amendment, section two, line fifty-one, after the number “211112”, by striking out the comma and the words “332992 or 332994”;

AND on page three of the Senate amendment, section two, beginning on line fifty-four, by inserting the following paragraph and renumbering the remaining paragraphs accordingly:

“(B) All real property and personal property, the combined original cost of which exceeds $2 million to be constructed, located or installed at a facility, or a combination of facilities by a single entity or combination of entities engaged in a unitary business, that is or will be classified under North American Industry Classification System with a six digit code number 332992 or 332994.”;

AND on page three of the Senate amendment, section two, on line sixty, after the word “100 million” by striking out the words “or $20 million” and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the words “$20 million or $2 million”.
